How much does it cost to have the birth control mirena removed?

I've only had my mirena in for 2 weeks but already i want it out, im wondering how much does it cost to have it removed. i also called my dr yesterday and ''TRIED'' making an appointment to have it removed but they kept insisting for me to keep it even after i told them like a hundred times i want it out. Did anybody else have that problem? Finally i gave in and hung up the phone.. so my question is how much would it cost to have it removed without insurance and did anybody else have a problem trying to have the mirena removed? How much does it cost to have the birth control mirena removed?
Why do you want to have it removed? I've had mine for 3 1/2 years and love it. I don't have to worry about taking a pill and all the side effects of the pill. Also, I no longer have a period! At first there was some cramping and bleeding, but it didn't last long. Maybe you should give it a little longer before deciding you don't like it. But if you have your heart set on removing it, I was told it costs around $150. and some insurance companies don't pay to remove it.How much does it cost to have the birth control mirena removed?
Sounds like they just wanna see if your body will eventually accept it. It does take a while. It took me about a whole month of bleeding to finally go back to my ';normal'; periods. After about having it for 3 years i had it removed. I went to a planned parenthood because i too didn't have any insurance and they charged me $80.

How much does it cost to replace a Lower control Arm?

I have a 96 Chevy Beretta with a small block 3.1 V6 that has been making a thumping noise. My mechanic said that my lower control arm bushings was non-existent, but I have drove on them for about 15k miles since then. So i was just going to have him replace the whole control arm but i was wondering how much it was going to cost me and about how long it would take? Also if i would be able to do this myself. I have a basic knowledge of working on cars. How much does it cost to replace a Lower control Arm?
Sir, LOWER CONTROL ARM of 1996 Chevy Beretta costs around $88 - 108/-

Yep u can replace it urself if u hav a little know how about carsmaintenance. How much does it cost to replace a Lower control Arm?
The job is easy and about 1 hour to perform. If your ball joint is good you can save over $100 by just replacing the bushings(the failed parts). You can replace the control arm yourself but the bushings need to be pressed out and back in. A good mechanic can do the bushing job in less than a hour and without totally removing the arm from the car. I know because I have done a few.
sure you could do it not real hard with right tools and know how ive done a few might be a bit cheaper and really doesnt hurt to repair your own sometimes type into search box

  • Is the cost of living out of control in the UK?

It would seem that the difference between the rich and the poor is gaining somewhat.

With more and more of us having to find work on a minimum wage and struggling with huge rent (which really winds me up as I used to run a sucessful business and owned my own house), I thought I'd pull out a few figures to show just how much things have gone up in 5 years.

    Deisel - was .80p a litre, now 拢1.06

Birmingham Travel Inn hotel - was 拢42.95, now 拢71

Rent on 1 bed flat in Croydon, Surrey was 拢600 pm, now 拢650

Credit card interest was 17.9% now 22.9%

Gas and electricity - up to double the cost,

Food - no idea, but it's certainly shot up too.

I'd like some examples if you have them.

Do you feel any better off financially than you did 5 years ago, or are you also feeling the pinch? Is the cost of living out of control in the UK?
I'm not sure about the UK but, it ain't any better here in the USA!~!~

It seems our Government is 'hell-bent' on getting rid of the 'Middle-class'.....and the 'sad' part is, THEY'RE SUCCEEDING!

Soon there will only be the Very rich and the Very poor.Is the cost of living out of control in the UK?
The cost of living is out of this world all over the planet. When income versus living costs versus the common person.... the person comes out on the short end of the stick.

Are stadium costs getting out of control?

It's 1.3 billion dollars for the Giants/Jets stadium, and 1 billion dollars for the new Cowboy stadium.

Isn't enough enough? For a stadium with suites, it costs a billion dollars now? Why haven't taxpayers figured out they're being fleeced? This is ridiculous...honestly.Are stadium costs getting out of control?
Tax payers and ALL WHO ATTEND THE GAMES AS SPECTATORS.

I would rather stay at home and watch them on TV.

Yeah You got a point these are Getting Greedy plus the Cost for Construction and Other Amenities is Seriously Expensive so I know its bad but if you dream more it will cost More, They can't get cheaper because because Cheap means weak and Pricey More Strong to the Workforce, and ask yourself we do you eat dinner at McDonald's and they eat at an Expensive Restaurant.
So THATS why beers are $8...now I know!
Useing 1 stadium for 2 teams, now thats lame.

Whats funny is the Cowboys new stadium is gonna be bigger and shatter many world records such as their 60 yard wide screen. you could fit the statue of liberty in it and close the roof (yes it will have a retractable roof unlike the new giants/jets stadium). Each Arch that supports the stadium will be bigger than the st louis arch. etc.

We do it bigger and better in Texas
Its all about the money!!! I have a big back yard. I'll paint some lines, they can play back there. This helps everyone out.

Why is it important to control labor costs?

for food and beverage cost control (managing the cost of labor)Why is it important to control labor costs?
Because labor will eat your profits so if you have too many workers you could end up losing money.

And the entire reason to be in business is to maximize profits.

Why is the cost of gas still going up i mean we pretty much control iraq now?

    Greed.

The oil companies made huge profits, I saw it in the news.

and they still won't lower the price.

There is plenty of oil, all they care about is money. Why is the cost of gas still going up i mean we pretty much control iraq now?
Well, your president and his family are in the oil industry. The more gas prices go up, the more money he makes.

Does this clear it up a little for you?Why is the cost of gas still going up i mean we pretty much control iraq now?
The price of oil is dependent on many things.

A barrel of oil (42 gallons) is around $60

Oil and unleaded is gasoline is traded a future commodity which also raise the price sometimes.

Tax on gasoline is a percentage of the price of a gallon of gasoline, so as the price goes up so does the tax.

Lastley the refinery capacity. The less gasoline produced the higher it is.

As far as greed goes, it sounds so easy to blame the oil companies. The have a legal obligation to their share holders to make a profit and I am sure that greed from station and distribution has smething to do with it.

The oil from Iraq does not belong to the US. We would have to buy it from them. Because of where the US is located geographically we get less than 20% of our oil from the middle east.
If we pretty much ed controll Iraq by now, why are we still there? Why can't our soldiers come home and be with their loved ones? But, to answer your question, it is greed. It will always be greed. I personally think that as long as our troops are over there, the government will use that as an excuse to keep gas prices as high as they can.
hmmmmm.i guess that shoots the idea that we only invaded so bush and cheney could get the oil.

in addition the production is still low.reserves are great but it's still in the ground.
Aye, but the insurgents have kept the oil from flowing. They either blow up the pipelines or keep working conditions unsafe.

Plus, the world oil markets are not entirely dependent on the Iraq situation...
    It is two fold.

Demand on the world market now exceeds supply. They are having problems keeping the Terrorist from blowing up the oil pipelines.

Greed is another. But it is more greed from the Government too.. The oil companies get about 5 cents per gallon profit. The Government gets almost 25 cents per gallon.

That is direct taxation. Then the indirect taxation that goes into making the feul goes into the cost of the fuel. Those taxes would be about 50 cents more per gallon... almost 75 cents per gal goes to the government.

Thanks to the democrats for that taxation. And no thanks to the Republicans for not correcting it.
If you REALLY think that the war in Iraq is only for oil, or that we get ALL our oil from Iraq, you are very ignorant indeed.
This is a misconception that a lot of people have.

We do ';NOT'; control Irag, we are ';NOT'; there to occupy, we are ';NOT'; there for their oil.

Irag is now forming their own government and this is not something that is done overnight. The Iragi's are in control of Irag. We are there to train and assist their newly formed army. Once they are trained and strong enough to defend themselves without help from us or anyone else, the USA will be pulling our troops out.

One of the reasons people have questions like this is that they are not informed well enough. May I suggest that they start keeping up with current events? Start watching the news on a regular basis and not just one station. Some stations are far left (over the edge liberals) whereas other staions are far right (over the edge conservatives). Watch both, then read between the lines.

One good station that I watch every night is ';Hannity and Colmes'; on Fox News Channel (yes I watch FOX news, I also watch CNN). I get to see both sides of the story and decide for myself. sometimes I'll agree with what Sean has to say, (Sean is a Republican) other times I'll agree with Alan (Alan is a Democrat).

I have a Niece and a Nephew in Irag, I watch the news religiously on what is going on over there. I also put a lot of faith in what they tell me and I don't see a lot of the news stations telling about the good things we are doing for the Iragi's
Too many people driving everywhere they go in GIANT SUVs. More demand equals higher cost. The reality is companies can charge what they can get, and we keep buying oil at faster and faster rates.
HAHA! I pay $1.23 per gallon of unleaded fuel and a barrel of oil cost likr $30!!!! HAH! only in the caribbean! (St.Maarten to be exact)
petroleum is a commodity,it has a world price, it is set by futures. Speculators.
I totally agree with the ';greed'; explanation--We all know it, but can't to a damn thing about it
the war in Iraq has nothing to do with the gas prices..it's how WALL STREET reacts to any world event, that may slow the flow of crude oil...and also the fact that the oil companies want to make more money for Uncle Bush and Aunt..er Uncle Cheney
money, money, money...gas is a necessity so people HAVE to buy it whether or not the prices are high or low.
I cant answer that question but I do kind of agree with you!
