How much would it cost to get a good treatment inside and out? It's 1275 sq. ft. We also have a 650 sq. foot shop in the back that we might want treated so that we won't have to worry about pests in there.
Also, how long will we have to wait before moving in? We have 11-month-old twins so we don't want to come in before it's safe to do so.
