Low cost/free annual exams and birth control in Sarasota, FL?

Does anyone have any experience with low-cost or free annual exams and birth control in the Sarasota area? I am a full time college student and am currently not working and do not have health insurance. I tried Planned Parenthood but they do not offer an income based program here like the one I used to go to in Maine does. Low cost/free annual exams and birth control in Sarasota, FL?
You might want to contact the local department of Health and Social Services they should be able to direct you to a low cost medical clinic for your services. That is crazy that Planned Parenthood does not do the income based thing down there I thought that all of them did that. The Department of Health and Social Services does have a womens health clinic that does use income (or slilding fee scale) as a factor here is the website and information.
