replace the iac valve.
It is only held on by 2 8 or 100 mm bolts. It is about as simple as replacing an air filter.

no need in replacing just tap on it it will knock the carbon loose and go back to working fine but for the cost round 25 to 30 bucks and bout 20 minutes
