I pay $30 every 3 months and that includes bugs as well as mice and includes treating the inside, outside, and attic of the house. Does not include termite treatments. That's a different contract. If I have a problem between treatments, they come back out at no extra charge. I've never had to call them back out except for 1 time because of ants.

You can do it yourself for a lot cheaper. Get the poison rat-packs. They will usually die outside because the poison causes them to go outside to look for water. If they do die inside the walls, there is a chemical in the poison that causes them to not stink. Ants and roaches you can spray for with something you get from Lowes or Home Depot.

Avoid the chain pest control companies. They have much higher prices. Find a little locally-owned company and you'll get better prices and better service. No point in you paying for their big jumbo cockroach on the top of their truck. A plain white van is just as good. How much does pest control typically cost?
depends on what type of company you go with but it seems to average $150 for initial $75-$95 a quarter
$200 bucks
