I wanted to go on birth control, but I don't think I can afford it right now. Do you know if it would be cheaper going to a clinic or your doctor? If you are on birth control, let me know how much you are paying. The cost of birth control?
Cross your legs sweetie its absolutely free :)The cost of birth control?
if you dont have insurance then going to a free clinic or plan parenthood is your best bet.. They work with your income to help get you get inexpensive birth control. Plus they usually give away free condoms and thats a great way to prevent pregnancy AND STIs :)
I hope you are over 18 anyways. Planned Parenthood or most county health departments have it available for free for those that cannot afford it. Thank you for being responsible enough to realize your need for birth control, unlike the so many irresponsible people out there. Before you go to the office, it may be good to do some research on your own about the various types and different pills. Make sure to tell the Dr. about various risk factors that you may have such as smoking, age, or family history of breast cancer. I am taking Desogen and its only $10 a month from my college, so not all pills are expensive. Good luck.
Remmber it is cheaper birth control, then having a baby. Try to go to a free clinic or planed parenthood
